How custom pricing works
How custom pricing works
There are two prices on a custom order: the tag price (model, material, quantity and whether you use a stocked color) and the customization cost (custom Pantone color, logo printing, custom packaging, new shape or insert work). Customization is quoted separately. A custom order usually starts higher than the stocked-color MOQ. Send the model, quantity, color reference and artwork and the team confirms the unit price, MOQ, sample/proof cost and lead time.
Artwork, proof and lead time
Send vector artwork, a Pantone reference or physical sample, the logo placement and size, any variable data (numbers, barcodes, QR) and a packaging reference. Stock samples are free; you pay the courier. Custom printing is produced after artwork/proof approval. Custom orders take 10–25 working days after sample confirmation.
